Website is live!

CUL is pleased to announce the launch of the EM2-STEM website: www.em2stem.eu

• Partner section will be further developed this week.
• Some pages are still under construction as you will see.
• The set-up of applications via the e-consort system have taken longer than desired, but I should soon have time to make the website look more attractive.

Student applications launched

Applications are now open for TG1, TG2 and TG3 Bachelor and Master student applicants. See the ‘Apply’ section of the website. Doctoral, Post-Doctoral and Staff applications will open later this week.

Application management

The website and database are running on the e-consort system, hosted by the Universiteit Gent, Belgium. Each university partner will be set-up as a user so that you can view and manage your applications.

If your university would prefer to nominate a different named person/e-mail address, please let me know as soon as possible. The e-consort Helpdesk has a range of tutorials and FAQs to help understand the system ( http://econsort.ugent.be/index.asp ). Unfortunately there is not a specific one I can refer partner users to, but I will endeavour to produce an EM2-STEM specific one in due course. I urge you to become familiar with the system and the website as time allows. If you have queries along the way, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Immediate action:

• If you notice any problems or errors with the website content or application forms, please let me know immediately.
• There is still some missing information from some of the partners, meaning that applicants do not have full information. Please send missing partner information sheets and logos to me as soon as you can.
